Some Do's & Don'ts to make your service run smoothly!
Excellent care for your pets and home is our top priority!  A list of 28 included service items can be found at our Peace of Mind page.
Things to remember:
     * Let your neighbors know we will be coming by while you are away.
     * Provide an emergency contact number in case we cannot reach you.
     * Write down any last minute specific instructions and leave out for us.
     * Take our cell phone numbers with you - either program them into your cell or carry our
        handy wallet card (or both!) The quickest way to contact us is via our cell phones
     * Please call our cell when you return home. You may call our cells 24/7!
For overnight customers:
     * It would be GREAT if you had a GUEST log-on for email access to your computer!
     * Your pet sitter will behave and should be treated as a guest in your home.
     * Please provide clean sheets and towels for your pet sitter's use.
     * Put out an extra set of clean sheets so we can make up the bed for you at the end
        of service.        
     * Leave your home in a neat and clean condition for your pet sitter.
     * Let your pet sitter know if they do not have permission to eat or drink your provisions.
     * Provide instructions for operations of your audio/video system (TV, DVD, etc.)
     * Provide information regarding any potential home appliance, heating/cooling system or
        other problems that could arise and who to contact if needed.
Our goal is to provide you with a carefree trip, secure in the knowledge that competent, experienced people are taking excellent care of your beloved pets and your home.
